We are excited to announce that Canopy/TRG Imaging has integrated an Artificial Intelligence (AI system) into our radiology services to assist in detecting bone fractures on X-ray scans. This system, known as Gleamer BoneView, uses an AI system to identify fractures, prioritise reporting, and expedite clinical care. Before implementing this, we have done extensive in-house testing and customisation to enhance its performance and satisfy ourselves so that it meets our clinical standards.
How does Gleamer BoneView work?
The Gleamer BoneView assists radiologists by automatically highlighting areas of concern regarding X-ray images, improving diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
- A solid-line bounding box around a region of interest indicates a suspected fracture with over 90% confidence
- A dotted-line bounding box around areas of interest indicates a suspected fracture with 50-90% confidence.
